Mohamed is a Partner of the Firm who oversees all labour and employment matters and specialises in civil litigation and dispute resolution.
He is an experienced practitioner counting over twenty years of practice in the fields of industrial relations and international labour standards and has dealt with human resources (HR) and industrial relations matters involving leading business entities.
He draws extensive working experience in the usage of International Labour Standards and supervisory mechanisms of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and its Geneva treaty proceedings.
He has also served in advisory and consultancy capacities to US and European organisations on matters relating to labour standards in Sri Lanka and in the Republic of Maldives.
