Samantha was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia in 2008 after completing her Master of Laws & Legal Practice at the University of Technology, Sydney.
She also read for a Bachelor of Arts (Media & Communications) degree at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.
After working as a Judge’s Associate at the Federal Magistrates Court and Family Court of Australia in the Family Law and Refugee Law jurisdictions, she then worked in a law firm in Sydney, Australia as a Litigation Lawyer. Samantha has been involved in advising and acting for a range of clients in Australia – from employment related matters to criminal litigation and conveyancing.
Currently Samantha handles commercial transactional work as well as in-house litigation preparation.
