Erandi is a Partner of the Firm. Her areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, cross border transactions, amalgamations, drafting and reviewing commercial documents, providing advice on foreign investment and general legal advice on doing business in Sri Lanka. She also has extensive experience in conducting legal and secretarial due diligences on target companies prior to a merger and/or acquisition.
Prior to joining the Firm, Erandi served as an Associate at Varners, Law Firm in Colombo, for a period of 5 years and now continues to be a Consultant at the firm.
She has been involved in advising and acting for a wide array of clients ranging from MNCs, listed companies and private companies, private equity funds, public-private partnerships in Sri Lanka, companies engaged in the business of non-renewable energy, telecommunication companies, banks and other financial institutions, education providers and other local and international firms.
She has read for a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London (Second Upper) and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. She was called to the Bar in the year 2014.
